We are happy to ship our wares worldwide from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  The method we use for shipping custom mock-ups is air mail, and for all final orders we us Canada Post's reliable Xpresspost method, which is trackable and insured.  As we handle a small volume of special orders each year, we do not have flat shipping rates and shipping is determined on a case by case basis once the address information is received from you.

Air mail time can vary for mock-ups, but Xpresspost is a guaranteed service and you will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment. Our garments and accessories are luxury items, and are lovingly packaged to delight you while maintaining the most economical shipping possible.  We endeavor to use packaging that is either recyclable, or reusable.

All Ontario orders will be charged 13% HST.  Please be aware that orders shipped outside of Ontario will incur duty/taxes as determined  by your country/province/state of residence and this is not something we have control over, nor can we estimate what they may be for you.

Unless it is absolutely unavoidable for insurable rates, we do not use couriers such as UPS and FedEx at this time.
